Rita + Sean Wedding Vendor Thankful Roundup

Mr. Gunn and I have been married for almost a year and a half now–no more newlywed title.  However, as we celebrated our 1 year anniversary, we looked back at all of the photos reminiscing about all the fun times we had. That said, we had so many people to thank for our big day. I've done a round up of all these wonderful wedding vendors who made our day perfect. Check them out below!

Alissa Bell Press

I want to start with Alissa Bell Press. She's literally the nicest person you'll ever meet and she treats you like you're family. She letterpress printed our invitations and I couldn't be more happy. She also has a couple of wedding suites out which are gorgeously simple and modern. Please visit your shop and see for yourself--you won't be disappointed!

R&R Photography

The smiliest (I'm pretty sure that's not a word) photographer you will ever meet. We had the honor of having Randy photograph our big day. Not only did he do this, but he also helped with our ceremony rehearsal! I couldn't be more happy with our photos. He followed my designer/art director direction (which can be a bit much at times!) but he did it all with a smile. If you're looking for a Monterey Bay or SF Bay photography, Randy's your man!

Venia Spa

Well, Jessica Berlanga, owner, to be exact. This woman is not only beautiful inside and out, she is talented, ambitious, and amazing at what she does. She beautified me (MUAH), helped with my veil, and always does it with a smile on her face and silly conversation too! Did I mention, she's AMAZING at sculpting brows and applying the best lashes!? If you're in Salinas, please treat yourself to the talent Jessica and her amazing Venia Spa! Thank you, Jessica!

Kirigin

Kirigin Cellars ... well and Cindy, well, cause Cindy's awesome. Aside from Cindy, our venue coordinator, making it easy every step of the way, my husband and I knew that Kirigin Cellars was the place we were going to get married. I mean, LOOK AT THAT VIEW. Granted, it was a million degrees, but the vast amount of natural beauty of the rolling mountains, the greenery... and that GORGEOUS SUNSET... *sigh* takes me back to that magical day! Anyone getting married near the south San Jose or Monterey Bay coast should definitely check them out!

Studio LoveJoy

I have to preface this with "LoveJoy" isn't a cute name they made up--it's their last name! I mean, really. How perfect is that! We had the honor of working with Nick on our engagement shoot. HOLY SMOKES. He's amazing. So easy to work with (like you'd want to grab a drink with the guy after). But his work... *swoon* He captured everything I wanted! Everything! I really wish we could have had him as our wedding day photographer in addition to Randy! I highly recommend Studio LoveJoy... they have so many years of experience and the talent is just oozing out of them.

Sean <3

Lastly, I'm thanking the most special person in the world–MY HUSBAND. He knew marrying a designer/associate art director, who loves to craft and hand-make things, that our wedding was going to be DIY... and not because we were trying to save a couple bucks (although, it did help ), but because that's just the creative in me. He knew I wanted to have OUR touch on everything, so when our guests experienced our wedding, they weren't just experiencing a well-curated Pinterest-worthy event, thye were experiencing Sean + Rita's wedding. That being said, he made sure to help as much as possible every step along the way. I deemed him the Paper Florist since he literally hand-crafted ALL OF OUR FLOWERS, and they were gorgeous! I literally could not have done any of it without him by side... and I'm OVER-THE-MOON grateful that I get to continue to experience all that life has to offer with him #NoLongerANewlyWed #ButStillPrettySappy

Well... there you have it! Stay tuned for our 1 year anniversary trip to the breathtaking ITALIA!!

Ciao ciao,
Mrs. Gunderson
