Creatively driven yet strategic and logical. To be honest, I am most in my element when I am creating—be that designing, conceptualizing, or even crafting. I am an ambitious human who loves to let my creativity lead each brainstorm while allowing each idea to foster more ideas. I believe my strongest assets are a marriage of grit and grace. I was once told that I was a “stealthy creative,” and I believe that holds so true to my personality. I am the type of person to dive into a project and strive for nothing but greatness—going into a design tunnel and only coming out when the best is achieved.

The quote by Scott Adams I love to hold myself to as a designer is "Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Design is knowing which ones to keep." I thoroughly develop a creative concept/solution to every design challenge with the client's goal in mind, as well as keeping my design integrity. As the employee who earned the award, "I'll have that to you yesterday," working efficiently and diligently is how I'm hard-wired. I have the ability to push through pressure while managing multi projects and keeping a keen eye to detail.

With over 14+ years of experience in the design world of corporate projects, small company designs, in large agencies and small intimate ones, designing and art directing from a range of print, to front-end web design, to branding, packaging, tradeshows, and presentation work, my depth of skill and knowledge coupled with my love of design make everyday feel like a fun adventure.

Developing the best work, coupled with impeccable work ethic, is the only way I function. Anything less just isn't acceptable. I'm proud to say that I am able to mesh in with almost any design team, leading or following when necessary (and people say I'm genuinely kind, which I think it's pretty awesome). I continually yearn to grow as a designer, manager, and as an individual, always keeping the mission to share my creativity with the world.
